제목 | New Donors Based on IDTT and Malononitrile Derivatives for Bulk Heterojunction Organic Solar Cells. |
초록 | IDTT-OX and IDTT-EPMP-IDC are based on indacedithieno[3,2-b]thiophene (IDTT) to synthesize materials with derivatives of phenyl isoxazolone (OX) and malonitrile derivatives (EPMP-IDC), respectively, and have been used in solution-processed bulk heterojunction organic solar cells (OSCs). IDTT-OX has an optical band gap of 1.88 eV due to its strong self-assembly and weak driving force to separate the donor electron pair from the donor to the acceptor, while IDTT-EMPM-IDC is effectively limited by the presence of alkyl groups in the EPMP-IDC functional group of the molecule and has an optical band gap of 1.60 eV. In addition, since each device made a device based on the PC71BM acceptor, when the PCE was measured, PCE of IDTT-OX devices reached 0.29% and PCE of IDTT-EMPM-IDC devices reached 2.07%. |
