Nowadays, the production of next generation of electronics which are used in high frequency regions necessitates low dielectric constant, dielectric loss materials. In high frequency region, transmission loss, especially dielectric loss increased due to dielectric loss of materials. Consumption of electric signals should be minimized to achieve efficient operation of high-end electric equipment. In this research, we fabricated TLCP/PEI Blends Films by film blowing process and investigated the mechanical properties and dielectric properties of films. The mechanical properties of films were varied by contents of TLCP compatibilizer, film directions. We found the dielectric properties, especially loss tangent was increased due to freedom of motion of small part of blend films |
