A Development Of Polydiactylene-Based On Multiple Microsensor For The Diagnosis Of Pathogen Infections From Drinking Water |
초록 |
This research is simple with biosensor using Polydiactylene(PDA) in base to detect the pathogen infections from the drinking water and quickly. The detection possibly did within 30 minutes and detection limit was 102 unit/mL. The 5 river waters which are used with the drinking water including Nak-Dong River, the spring water and Suwon area tap waters had been experimented. The experimental resultant pathogen infections was not detected. |
