제목 All Solution-Processable Phosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diodes Using Cross-linkable Iridium(III) Complex
초록 A novel cross-linkable red iridium(III) complex and electron transport material were designed and synthesized for the fabrication of solution-processed phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PhOLEDs). The newly cross-linkable red Ir(III) complex was successfully thermal cross-linked with cross-linkable host in emitting layer (EML). After cross-linking, EML was not damaged by the organic solvent. A maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 4.10% (2.20 cd/A) was achieved for red PhOLEDs with solution-processed electron transporting layer (ETL), which were similar to the EQE of 4.35% (2.52 cd/A) of red PhOLEDs with ETL by vacuum-deposition.
