3D-printable, light-weight conductive metal inks based on emulsion templates stabilized by bee pollen microparticles |
초록 |
Conductive inks applicable to 3D printing are recently receiving considerable attention in various printed electrons applications. Making light-weight conductive inks is an issue as electronic devices become highly integrated. In this study, we developed an oil-in-water emulsion-type conductive 3D printing ink stabilized by naturally occurring bee pollen particles as an eco-friendly amphiphilic Pickering emulsifier. The developed ink has rheological properties suitable for extrusion at room temperature. Furthermore, the extruded structures have macroporosities as a consequence of the rapid evaporation of the internally dispersed oil phases at ambient conditions, which can be useful for manufacturing light-weight conductive inks. |
