제목 The simultaneous removal properties of H2S and NH3on Co-Mo-series catal-sorbents with various methods
초록 In the commercial IGCC process, H2S and NH3 gases have been in each removal process. If it combined two processes to remove H2S and NH3, energy loss between theprocesses and initial capital cost could be decreased. To use simultaneous removal of H2S and NH3 technology, it is necessary to remove H2S by absorption and NH3 by decomposition reaction from the hot coal-gases. In this study, the Co-Mo-series catal-sorbents were prepared by physical mixing (CMp), co-precipitation (CMcp) andimpregnation (CMi). Their simultaneous removal properties were tested in fixed-bed reactor during multiple removal reaction (650◦C) and regeneration (700◦C). The simultaneous removal efficiencies of CMcp and CMi were excellent about 80%, while those ofthe CMp catal-sorbents were below 50%. These results were related to pore size, pore volume and crystal structure of Co-Mo-seriescatal-sorbents.
