pH-sensitive liposome was prepared by stabilizing dioleoylphophatidylethanolamine (DOPE) bilayer with poly(hydroxyethyl acrylate-hexadecyl acrylate-carboxyethyl acrylate) (P(HEA-co-HDA-co-CEA). P(HEA-co-HDA-co-CEA) were prepared by a free radical copolymerization. The reaction was carried out at 75℃ under nitrogen gas. The 1H-NMR spectra of the P(HEA-co-HDA- co-CEA) is recorded in DMSO-d6 solution. The interfacial activity of P(HEA-co-HDA-co- CEA) was investigated by determining the air/water interfacial tensions of the copolymer solutions using a ring method. |
