제목 Ultrasonic spraying of Graphene Oxide and Ag Nanowire-based hybrid transparent conductive films
초록 Ag nanowires (AgNWs) and graphene oxide hybrid transparent conductive films (TCF) were successfully prepared and the optical and electrical properties were investigated. The effects of air- and ultrasonic spraying methods on the properties of TCFs were compared. Ultrasonic spraying resulted in a significant decrease in the length of AgNWs and increase of sheet resistance. Tightly bound two-dimensional reduced graphene oxide prepared by ultrasonic spraying and AgNWs prepared by air spraying showed the light transmittance of 80.0 % and the sheet resistance of 91.4 Ω/□. The sheet resistance changes was less than 1 for the hybrid film after 200 bending cycles with a radius curvature of 5 mm. Graphene oxide and Ag Nanowire hybrid film was effective for large area coating and can be applied for flexible display applications
