제목 Plasma Polymerized Aniline/TiO2 Assembly for p-n Heterojunction Fabrication
초록 The work presents a study of the deposition of polyaniline by plasma polymerization on TiO2 for the fabrication of p-n heterojunction. The plasma was produced by means of 13.5 MHz radiofrequency, generated by glow discharges at the base pressure of 10-3Torr. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FTIR) were carried out to characterize the heterojunction. The XRD studies depicted that the polymer is amorphous in nature. In addition, the effects of the plasma polymerized aniline on TiO2 as the photovoltaic behavior of the devices were also discussed indicated that an electric field has been created at the nano structured TiO2/polyaniline interface.
