제목 | Photorefractive Properties of Polysilane-based Composite |
초록 | The photorefractive effect refers to spatial modulation of material due to the light-induced redistribution of charge. Since its first discovery in 1991, photoreractive polymer have been studied extensively due to their advantage for applications in the fields of optical data storage and information processing. Host-gest system based on photoconducting polymer doped with NLO chromophore exhibits the most promising properties. In this work, we prepared a polysilane possessing photoconducting property. The sample was prepared a polysilane, NLO chromophore, photosensitizer. The photorefractivity of the sample was compared with that of Psx-cz based on photoconducting polymer doped with chromophore, . The hole mobility and photoconductivity of polysilane based on composite were measured by the TOF technique and simple DC method. The birefringence and diffraction efficiency were measured simple method and four-wave-mixing experiment using He-Ne laser(632.8nm) |
