Effect of dispersing agent on dispersion stability ofZAO/acrylic copolymer nanocomposites |
초록 |
Nanocomposites (NC)were prepared by using ZAO (zinc aluminum oxide) nano powder and acrylic copolymers. The dispersing agent was used to minimize the aggregation of ZAO and to improve the dispersion stability. Acrylic copolymers as binder resins were synthesized by solution polymerization of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate with AIBN as an initiator.NC were prepared with various contents of TEGO610 as dispersing agent. ZAO was dispersed in acrylic copolymer solution by ball-mill. ZAO/acrylic copolymerNC with TEGO610 showed the better performance in the dispersion stability of ZAO as well as the coating uniformity on the base films. |
