Dip-Pen Nanolithography(DPN) is a new scanning-probe based direct-write tool for generating surface-patterned nanostructures. This technique, however, remains a challenge in transporting large sized ink materials of over 100 nanometers such as graphene oxides(GO). In this work, we have patterned large sized GO on amine-modified substrate by using the nano-porous poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline) (PMeOx) hydrogel coated AFM tip and carrier agents such as polyethylene glycol and glycerol. Patterns of GO and reduced graphene oxide(RGO) were characterized by AFM, SEM and micro-Raman spectroscopy. |
