High-performance n-Type Organic Semiconductor Based on Diketopyrrolopyrrole Copolymers |

Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) have attracted for applying various fields such as driving circuits for flexible electronics and active components for photo and pressure sensors because it can be processed at a relatively low temperature by cost effective methods. To realize devices with p-n junctions and complementary circuits not only p-type organic semiconductors (OSCs) but also n-type counterpart should show a similar level of performance but n-type devices are still lacking in performance and stability. In this paper, we report newly synthesized diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) copolymers with different alkyl chains as high-performance OSCs of n-type OFETs. Interestingly, the OFETs show different morphology and device performance depending on the annealing temperature. Detail results will be discussed in our presentation. |
