제목 | Rational Design of In2O3/SnO2 Composite Electrocatalystfor CO2 Reduction to Formate |
초록 | The excessive CO2 accumulation level has reached its highest in history, arising various adverse effects, including climate crisis and global warming. At the same time, numerous efforts are devoted to mitigating this issue. The electrocatalytic conversion is regarded as a promising approach to alleviate the impacts by recycling the CO2 in benign operating conditions, depending on the catalyst. Lately, hybrid materials have attracted significant attention as electrocatalysts due to their advanced properties, compared to the parents' metal. Herein, the In2O3/SnO2with various ratios was fabricated via the polyol technique followed by wet-impregnation and calcination. The physical characterization was observed by the XRD, FE-SEM, and EDS. As a comparison, a bare SnO2 catalyst was also prepared. The electrochemical performances were conducted in an H-type cell, while the quantitative analysis was carried out by GC and HPLC to investigate the FE and PCD. |
