제목 | Pheolic-Furfural 에어로겔 입자의 단일공정 합성 |
초록 | The phenolic-furfural aerogels have the ability to be formed directly in an organic solvent (i.e. alcohol) that is compatible with CO2, thereby eliminating theneed for solvent exchange prior to supercritical drying compared with other organicaerogels. It was an object of the present proceeding to produce different type of lowdensity organic aerogels which exhibit continuous porosity and ultra fine cell size of theorder of about 0.1 ㎛. Phenolic-furfural-heptyl alcohol mixtures were dispersed insupercritical CO2. The solubility of heptyl alcohol in supercritical CO2 varied withtemperature and pressure of the system. As process condition varied, PF gelmicrosphere was prepared and, continuously heptyl alcohol in the PF gel microspherewas exchanged with supercritical CO2. The reactants were heated to 80 ℃ to form thegel. The gel was exchanged into supercritical CO2 in 40 ℃, after which it wassupercritically dried. The overall experimental proceeded by one-step process.CO2-soluble Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) was used as the stabilizer in this system.Structure and density of PF aerogels can be modified upon variation of the phenolicto catalyst (PC) weight ratio and the weight ratio of the reactants phenolic andfurfural in the sol. |
