제목 Improved electrical behavior of polybenzoxazole nanocomposite containing reduced graphene oxide
초록 In this study, we report a simple method to fabrication of reduced graphene oxide (r-GO)/polybenzoxazole (PBO) nanocomposite. The r-GO/PBO nanocomposites were prepared by high temperature thermal curing of graphene oxide (GO)/poly(amic acid) (PAA) nanocomposites that via in-situ polymerization with GO, pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) 3,3’-dihydroxybenzidine (DHB) in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). The electrical conductivities of r-GO/PBO nanocomposites were significantly increased. This means that the high temperature thermal curing above 550℃ was enough to reducing of graphene oxide. Other results of r-GO/PBO nanocomposites will be discussed.
