제목 Reduction-sensitive vesicles composed with dimethylaminopropyl octadecanamide, stearic acid, and carboxyhexadecyl disulfide
초록 The reduction-sensitive vesicles were composed with dimethylaminopropyl octadecanamide (DMAPODA), stearic acid (SA), and carboxyhexadecyl disulfide (CHD). The ratio of DMDAPODA and SA was fixed and the ratio of CHD was changed to prepare the vesicle. Vesicles morphology was observed using TEM. The diameter was measured at 100-400 nm and the zeta potential of vesicle was changed by the ratio of CHD. The endothermic peak of DMAPODA / SA / CHD vesicle was measured by DSC. Reducing condition made by dithiothreitol caused vesicle to release rhodamine B.
