제목 Fabrication and Property of segmented-in-Series Solid Oxide Fuel Cell-Stack Fabricated Using Decalcomania method
초록 A simple and feasible technique developed successfully to fabricated the flattened tube segmented-in-series solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) stack. The flattened tube PSZ support was fabricated by the extrusion technique. The NiO-YSZ anode and the yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) electrolyte layers were deposited onto the PSZ support by the decalcomania method. After sintering at 1450℃ for 4h, a dense and crack-free YSZ layer with thickness of about 20㎛ is successfully obtained. After, the multi-layered cathode composed of LSM-YSZ composite, LSM were deposited onto the sintered PSZ support by the decalcomania method and sintered at 1250℃. The performance of the flattened tubu SIS-SOFC cell and sub module electrically connected by the Ag-glass interconnect was measured and analysed with different operating temperature.
