제목 Optimum soluble conditioning of bioantioxidants in functional solvent
초록 The soluble ability of functional solvents for bioantioxidants are affected by each molecular structure and properties. In terms of macroscopic view, molecular properties can be designed by solubility parameter. The solubility parameter composed of molecular hydrogen effect, polar effect, and molecular dispersion effect. In this study solubility parameters were calculated in terms of molecular structure for bioantioxidants and functional solvents. Then ideal solubility is calculated with solubility parameter and nonideal property for solubility was corrected with activity coefficient. This real solubility data is the clue for the solvent design of bioantioxidants for each solvents.
