Conducting uniform thin film is important for various nano applications. But depositing this kind of thin film usually requires expensive, complicate procedures. As previously referred reasons, coating a conducting material dispersed in liquid phase has many kinds of benefit such as cheap and fast, simple procedure. Liquid thin film on specific substrates is metastable because of many kinds of interaction like gravitational force, surface tension, hydrodynamic pressure, particle-surface interaction and so on. Therefore using solution process of conducting material also has many barriers to overcome. In this study, we discuss the behavior of conducting material dispersion on substrate and research the method of film uniformity control. |
