제목 Preparation and Characterization of multi-layered granules for sustained release of nifedipine.
초록 Purpose. To confirm the influence of bead size, membrane thickness, and the type of channeling agents on drug release profile of Nifedipine(ND). Methods. We have carried out experiments on coating with the fluidized bead coater. To study effects by membrane thickness, a different amount of membrane coating solution was coated at a same amount of ND bead. To study effects by type of channeling agent, various plasticizers are included in membrane. Results. Beads having different size indicated different release profile, because of each different specific surface area. Conclusion. Beads having the different size, membrane thickness and membrane including the different type of plasticizers were obtained by the fluidized bed coating method. Release profiles of beads could be easily controlled by them. So we can design particulate dosage forms for sustained release profile of ND.this work was supported from KMOHW(grant no A0500821).
