Effect of lipid granules composed of physicological lipid mixtures containing a pseudo-ceramide pc 104 on the atopi dermatitis |
| 초록 |
We fabricate lipid granules with a significantly stable lamellar structure consisting of pseudo-ceramide, fatty acid and cholesterol by using a fluid bed technique. These lipid granules composed of pseudo-ceramide, fatty acid and cholesterol are very stable for long time in complex formulations, such as aqueous polymer gels and emulsions. Furthermore, we have evaluated the efficacy of the effects of moisturizer containing lipid granules on atopic dermatitis. This approach to use pseudo-ceramide offers a useful means to fabricate lipid granules with stable lamellar structure, which enlarges their applicability in the field of dermatology, and cosmetics. |
