| 제목 | Preparations of Niosome Encapsulated Collagen by Polysorbate |
| 초록 | Collagen is the main protein of connective tissue of all skin, blood vessels, bone, teeth and muscle. Collagen has an effect on anti-aging, moisture rising, hair loss prevention and ultra violet block effect. But collagen has low absorbed into the body. Niosome is a type of colloidal particles consisting of non-ionic surfactants of vesicle. Niosome is skin-friendly, stability, less toxic and biodegradablilty They have an advantage that can be encapsulated in both the hydrophilic and hydrophobic materials. In this study, niosomes has been prepared by thin-film hydration method and sonication method using polysorbate 20, 60, 80. To increase the absorption of collagen for skin has applied niosomes. Particle size of niosomes was confirmed by Dynamic Light Scattering(DLS) and entrapment efficiency and drug release study was measurement by UV-Vis spectrometer. |
