Preparation and adsorption properties of Hybrid Cation Chemical filter for Removal Ammonia gas |
| 초록 |
In this study, we prepared the hybrid chemical filter for clean room using ion exchange resin and fiber and adsorption properties of hybrid chemical filter for ammonia gas. The optimum conditions for hybrid chemical filter was 47g hot melt/m2 IXF. Pressure drop(△P) of hybrid chemical filter was increased with increasing velocity and also amount of adsorption increased as increasing resin layer on the ion exchange fiber. |
