제목 Mixture and Quantitative Analysis by NMR Spectroscopy
초록 NMR spectroscopy is one of the powerful tools to investigate the quantitative and qualitative characterization both small and polymer molceules. Recent NMR techniques both solid and solution such as DOSY, ROSY, EREIC, PCA can give us the identification of the micro structure and separation from the mixture compounds. Based on the translational diffusion difference of the molecules in the mixture, DOSY equipped with a high field gradient unit can be applied to the polymer separaion. Due to the spin diffusion of the proton spins, the 13C CP/MAS mixture spectra can be sorted out in a similar manner. ERETIC and PCA can also give us the quantitative measurement of specific compound in the polymer. In this presentation those NMR techniques are applied to characterize the additive in the polymer and identify the micro structure of the various polymer molecules.
