In cosmetics, the hydrogenated lecithin, one of the main surfactants to make nanoemulsion has been studied widely for stability and safety. In this study, we have studied oxidative stability for applications of cosmetics depending on the concentration of phosphatidylcholine(PC). The relationship between the oxidative stability and the concentration of PC was checked using lecithin that included 39%, 70%, and 100% PC. As the results, the greater PC concentration gave better oxidative stability. |
