A tyrosinase-modified electrode, based on physical entrapment of enzyme on glucose-modified MWNTs was manufactured for use to detect the total amount of phenolics in red wines. The successfully prepared results of enzyme sensor were confirmed via scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM), and water contact angle, respectively. We also detected the phenol on the tyrosinase-modified sensor by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 50mM of phosphate buffer solution in the range of the -1.0 to +0.75 V and Ag/AgCl reference electrode. The sensing range was from 1.4×104M to 1.4×103M for the phenol. |
