Immobilization of tyrosinase on ionic liquid modified MWNT based on imidazolium and its application for sensing phenolic compounds in red wines |
| 초록 |
MWNT ion liquid compound was prepared by immobilization of 1-butyl imidazol bromide onto epoxy group on poly(glycidyl methacrylate)-grafted MWNT. The sensing ranges of the MWNT ion liquid electrode based on tyrosinase were in the range of 0.01-0.08 mM in phosphate buffer solution.The optimize condition such as pH, temperature, and different phenolic compounds for tyrosinase-immobilized biosensor was determined.Total phenolic compounds for three commercial red wines on tyrosinase-immobilized biosensor were also determined. |
