To produce the materials with better homogeneity and higher electrochemical performance than the conventional solid-state method, LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 (LNCM) was prepared by acid dissolution. And then the solution was electro-sprayed in order to achieve the nano-size xerogel. The xerogel was calcined at high temperature to obtain polycrystalline cathode materials. The morphology of LNCM nanopowders were characterized by SEM and XRD, and electrochemical performance was investigated with impedance analysis and charge-discharge test. In this work, the nanopowers prepared by the applicability of these methods showed a good electrochemical performance and cycling behavior synthesizing a polycrystalline and homogenous LNCM. |
