제목 Preparation and Rheological Properties of Acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesive
초록 Acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) are mostly used in many industrials because of many advantage: low cost, fast curing system, solvent-free and high mechanical properties. The properties of such PSAs are determined by soft/hard monomers and hardeners. In particular, the soft/hard monomers affect the rheological properties such as Tg and modulus of the pressure-sensitive adhesive. In this study, we synthesized PSAs of co-polymer containing 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (EHA) of soft monomer and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) of hard monomer. The rheological properties of synthesized PSAs were analysis by rheometer. The storage modulus shows the lowest modulus when the EHA content is highest. Also, the PSA had lower Tg as EHA increased.
