Solid-phase rhodium carbenoid reaction : Combinatorial synthesis of Quinoxaline Library |
| 초록 |
A combinatorial solid-phase synthesis of quinoxaline library is reported. o-azidoanilines have been utilized as key building blocks in rodium-catalyzed N-H insertion reaction with resin boundα-diazo-β-ketoesters. The resin bound N-H insertion product were then, cyclized in the presence TPP followed by oxidant to yeild the corresponding quinoxalines,which were then detached by diversity-building smart cleavage reaction. |
