In this study, bisphenol A imprinted polymer brush grown on 2D inverse silica opal was fabricated via atomic transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). For chemical bonding of initator, a cysteamin was self-assemble and the 2-bromo-2methylpropionyl bromide was chemically linked with -NH2. Finally, molecularly imprinted polymer brush was grown via ATRP reaction in the mixture solution consisting of 4-vinylpyridine, acrylamide, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and bisphenol A. The structural characteristics of molecularly imprinted polymer brush were investigated using a field emission scanning electron microscopy. Moreover, recognition properties of the polymer brush for bisphenol A molecule were analyzed via quartz crystal microbalance. |
