Triboelectric nanogenerator via controlling the surface potential of metal |
초록 |
We report a high efficiency triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG) using PEIE coated metal to chage the surface potential. The change of work function of metal is measured by ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy(UPS) and Kelvin probe force microscope(KPFM). High difference value of work function increases both the open circuit voltage and short scircuit current of TENG. The output power density of nanogenerator increase 50.6% . Using this method, we increase the efficiency of TENG without any change of characteristic of contact polymer. |
