Targeting of Peptide Conjuated Chitosan Nanopatilcles to Tomors |
초록 |
Tumor targeting gene delivery systems are being the ideal carriers of systemic administration for tumor therapy. The physicochemical properties of the RGD peptideconjugated LMWSC(low molecular water soluble chitosan) were investigated by using 1H-NMR, dynamic light scattering and spectrofluorophotometer. HBs nanoparticles were prepared by dialysis method. The the RGD peptideconjugated LMWSC was investigated to pharmacentcal application as a target gene carrier. This researchwas supported by Basic Science Reaseach Program through the National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF) funded b the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology(2010-0006637). |
