The copolymers of ethylene with higher alpha olefins are of great importance in polyolefin industry, and Z-N catalysts are well known to yield ethylene-alpha olefin copolymers with broad compositional distribution (CD) due to the heterogeneity in active sites. Therefore, the capability of controlling active sites is quite important to optimize LLDPE properties and to ensure trouble-free operation of plant at lower densities. In this study, the way to control Z-N active sites is presented for the advanced ethylene-alpha olefin copolymers. |
