초록 | Low-frequency dielectric dispersion phenomena in a (Pb0.94La0.06)(Zr0.95Ti0.05)O3(PLZT-6/95/5) ceramic have been analyzed by impedance spectroscopy. An empirical expression has been deduced for complex dielectric constant, ε*(ω,T) = ε*interfacial +ε*carrier, where the ε*interfacial and ε*carrier couples characterize respectively space charge polarization and the charge carrier responses. This relation may be considered as a generalization of the Cole-Cole dielectric expression. Excellent agreement has been obtained in a wide frequency domain (1-106Hz) between the measured and calculated dielectric constant in the 150-350oC temperatures range. Consequently, in this temperature range, the dielectric relaxation by space charge polarization and the conductivity relaxation by mobile charge carrier mechanisms be come increasingly correlated the two mechanisms become progressively more dependence with increasing temperatures.
