제목 Fine Polarity-Tuning of Polymeric Semiconductors with introducing Nitrile Groups on Polymer-Polymer Blend Systems
초록 Recently, the main issue of high performance ambipolar polymer field effect transistors depend on the synthesis of donor-acceptor (D-A) conjugated polymers with balanced hole and electron mobilities. The polarity of D-A copolymer is subjected to diverse functionalized groups of synthetic steps. However, more fine tuning of the device polarity and a facile and fine polarity tuning with further fabrication procedure is necessary in many applications. These problems can overcome by using polymer-polymer blend systems and also the electronic configuration and charge transport properties of the systems can be finely rationalized. A polymer-polymer blend system made of two different D-A polymeric semiconductors is introduced with nearly identical chemical structures except for the presence of a nitrile group.
