제목 Thermo-mechanical Behaviors of MCF/NBR Compounds Reinforced with Various MCF Ratios
초록 The milled-carbon fibers (MCF) have been outstanding materials due to their high strength and stiffness. But, the application of MCF has not yet been fully researched. In this work, the thermal and mechanical properties of MCF/NBR compounds reinforced with various MCF ratios were investigated. The compounds were prepared with mixing of MCF, NBR, crosslinking agent, and curing accelerator. The thermal properties of the compounds were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The mechanical properties of the compounds were studied by tensile test, tearing energies, and hardness.
