Preparation and properties of miscible blend and silica composite hydrogelbased on biodegradable poly(2-hydroxyethyl aspartamide) |
초록 |
PHEA [α,β-poly(2-hydroxyethyl-DL-aspartamide)], is a class of poly(amino acid), which has been widely studied as a biodegradable and biocompatible polymer with potential biomedical and pharmaceutical applications. Various researches on the functional PHEA derivatives, their drug conjugates and hydrogels have been conducted previously. We investigated homogeneous blend of PHEA withPNVP orP4VP, and also organic/inorganic hybrid gel based on PHEA and silicate. Transparent blend films were prepared by solution casting and the miscibility was characterized by DSC and FT-IR.PHEA with trimethoxy silane pendant was used to introduce inorganic silicate phase withingel matrix. |
