제목 Metal-oxide based flexible piezoelectric energy harvester
초록 Piezoelectric nanogenerators (PNG) plays an important role in energy sources in modern electronics hub. Among the various materials available for high-performance piezoelectric energy harvesters, the metal oxide such as ZnO, TiO2, SnO2, NiO, etc., has attracted a great deal of attention due to the coupling of its good piezoelectric and semiconducting properties. These oxide materials have relatively low toxicity and cost-effectiveness in comparison to other piezoelectric materials. Further, PNG device made up of metal oxides deposited by using solution processed method and their output characteristics of piezoelectric response are in process.
