제목 Comparison of Small Molecule with Quinoxaline Include in Different Structure of Connecting Material
초록 The novel series of small molecule (biT(DTDFQx)2 and TT(DTDFQx)2) were synthesized. In this small molecule, di-fluorinated quinoxaline (DFQx) was used as an electron-deficient unit and either thienothiophene (TT) or bi-thiophene (bi-T) was used as an electron-rich unit. These small molecule showed good thermal stability with 5% weight loss temperature over 344°C. bi-T(DTDFQx)2 and TT(DTDFQx)2 observed an optical band gap of (1.99, 2.19) eV, with highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy value (-5.33, -5.20) eV and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy value (-3.34, -3.01) eV respectively. These small molecule had poor power conversion efficiency (PCE) because device was not well formed due to poor solubility.
