제목 Comparison of heating behavior of Fe, Fe3O4 particle ebbedded TPU adhesive film by induction heating.
초록 The heating behavior of Fe and Fe3O4 particle-embedded thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive (TPU) under induction heating is studied. Different particle sizes of Fe and Fe3O4 were applied to TPU adhesive film. From the results, heat generation of the Fe3O4-embedded TPU film was higher than Fe-embedded TPU films. And heat generation of Fe-embedded film was proportional to particle size. However heat generation of Fe3O4-embedded TPU film had countertrend. This result can be explained by increases in the ratio of eddy current heating to hysteresis heating with increases in particle size.
