제목 Highly Stretchable and Transparent Nanofiber-Based Transistors Using Organic Core-Shell Nanofibers
초록 Semiconducting nanofibers (NFs) have been considered as promising candidates as active layers for stretchable electronics for next-generation wearable smart devices. Electrospinning is one of the most versatile, easy, and cost-effective techniques to fabricate 1-D nanomaterials with various compositions. Herein, we report stretchable and transparent NF-based transistors prepared using organic core-shell NFs. Because the electrospun NFs consisted of stretchable and semiconducting parts as the core and shell components, the fabricated cores-shell NFs showed superior stretchability compared with single-composition semiconducting NFs. For the fabrication of stretchable and transparent transistors, we used elastomeric polymers with high transparency. As a result, the stretchable NF-based transistors showed stable device operations against various strains. Our results demonstrate high potential of NF-based transistors for use as stretchable wearable electronics.
