Control of Molecular Packing and Orientation in Thin-Films for High performance Organic Field-Effect Transistors |
초록 |
There have been various reports of approaches to enhance electrical performance of organic field-effect transistors based on the sophisticated molecular design and device optimization. Especially, the transistor performance is primarily governed by the formation of pathways for charge carrier transport, which implies the importance of the microstructure control in polymer films through device fabrications. Herein, we synthesized novel isoindigo derivatives and devoted significant effort to elicit optimized microstructure by modulating the experimental conditions during film preparations to obtain significant enhancement in electrical performance. |
