제목 Diffusion Behavior and intermediate phase transformation at the interface reaction in TiAl and MoNb alloys
초록 Actual control physical properties of the material is essential that the correct understanding of the thermal stability and interface to produce a phase. The development of advanced high temperature materials requires innovative processing straegies to achieve the desired properties in an aggressive environment. For future materials, various intermetallic alloys are being studied intensively due to low density and superior thermal property. The diffusion behavior has been examined extensively in order to identify the kinetic and thermodynamic mechanism during the phase evolution. In this study, Phases were prepares by the diffusion of TiAl and Mo-Nb alloys at 1173K for heat treatment times. To produces intermetallic compounds, high purity titanium and aluminum were arc melted, Also, Mo-Nb alloys were arc melted. Then the ingots adhered with Mo-Nb alloys were annealed at 1173K in Ar atmosphere. The diffusion path following diffusion behavior was identified by the quaternary phase diagram. The physical meaning was discussed by calculating integrated diffusion coefficient of diffusion phase.
