Inorganic nanostrucutres have been the subject of numerous studies due to their versatility applicable to the variety of fileds in nanotechnology. Several methods have been proposed for fabricating a inorganic nanostructure. Among the various methods, the self-assembly of block copolymer is suited for preparation of nanostrucutre because of low-cost techniques and gernerating nanoscale with dimensions fro sub-10nm to 100nm. In this work, a simple route for the fabrication of inorganic structure from self-assembly of block copolymer blends. For the purpose, blend films composed of PS-b-PDMS and PS-b-P2VP with different composition were produced by spin-coating on the substrates, and through functionalization with inorganic precursor and plasma treatment, inorganic nanostructures with various patterns were produced. All these results indicate that blending of two different BCPs can generate the templates with nanostructures and functionality that cannot be realized with single BCP only. |
