Different Surface Terminal Groups Self-assembled Film:a comparison ofMacroscopic and Microscopic Hydrophilicity Using DCA and AFM Measurements |
초록 |
Macroscopic and microscopic hydrophilicity of the 4-ATP and S-MA derivative self-assembled films have been studied using DCA and AFM measurements. The result of DCA measurement showed that the S-MA derivative surface and the 4-ATP modified surface exhibited a similar hydrophilicity in a macroscale. Yet, the result of AFM phase lag imaging measurement showed the 4-ATP modified surface exhibited an almost the same hydrophilicity properties and the S-MA derivative surface exhibited an obvious difference in different regions in a nanoscale. |
