효소를 이용하여 합성된 폴리아닐린 나노파이버의 전기적 특성 및 응용 |

Conducting polymers and organic semiconductors are promising candidates for electronic applications where low cost production and flexibility of the device are required. However, due to the organic nature of these materials, long-term stability of the device can be a central issue for practical applications. Polyaniline (PANI) is a class of conducting polymer that has excellent environmental stability, low cost monomer and high yield polymerization. Moreover, it is fairly easy to control the doping state of the polymer from metal to semiconductor and insulator. Here, we show electrical transport properties of PANI nanowires polymerized by redox reaction from enzyme peroxidase. PANI nanowires were positioned on pre-defined metal electrodes to characterize their electrical properties. Almost linear I-V observed from the devices fabricated with fully doped PANI nanowires. Detailed electrical properties of PANI nanowires and their possible applications will be discussed. |
