The photoelectrode is one of important factors in dye-sensitized nanocrystalline TiO2 solar cells for enhancement of efficiency. The aim of this study is to enhance photoelectron mobility in working electrode fabricated by mosoporous TiO2 using MSU-H template. To increase photoelectron mobility, TiO2 thin film was deposited on FTO glass with various thickness by using ALD(Atomic Layer Deposition). The working electrode consisted of mesoporous TiO2 / TiO2 thin film / FTO glass was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, and impedance analyzer and also the energy conversion efficiency of solar cell was investigated on the basis of photocurrent-potential curves. |
