제목 | Development of Microbial Cell Factories by Systems and Synthetic Biology Approaches |
초록 | In this talk, I will describe recent efforts on systems biology approaches such as genome-scale experimental methods to decipher complex transcriptional regulatory networks in response to various environmental stresses in E. coli. Also, recent achievements on developing synthetic biology tools such as predictive rational/combinatorial design methods of mRNA translation initiation region to control translation efficiency in E. coli and a universal high-throughput screening method using synthetic RNA devices to expedite evolution of inconspicuous metabolite-producing microbes will be introduced.
